Preparation

  • Crush the graham crackers by placing them in a zip bag and using a rolling pin.
  • Spoon the crumbs into the bottom of your jars.
  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Layer the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  • If desired, create a second layer with more cream cheese and cherries for visual effect.
  • Cover the jars and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Keep the jars lidded in the fridge; they can last for 2-3 days. Flavors may improve after a day. Avoid freezing to preserve texture.
