Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups White chocolate chips Or bars chopped up
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For a fudgy texture
  • 1 teaspoon Cotton candy or bubblegum flavor extract A few drops more can be too strong
  • 2 drops Pink food coloring For classic look
  • 2 drops Blue food coloring For classic look
  • optional Actual cotton candy To sprinkle on top

Preparation

  • In a pot, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Melt over low heat, stirring continuously so nothing scorches.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, add butter and cotton candy flavor extract. Mix well.
  • Divide the fudge mixture in half; tint one half with pink food coloring and the other with blue.
  • In a lined pan, alternate dollops of the pink and blue mixtures and swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about two hours until set.
  • Once firm, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For gifts, wrap each piece in wax paper to keep fresh. Can be frozen if wrapped individually.
