  • 1 pack Turkey sausage Cooked or uncooked, sliced quickly
  • 2 large Eggs Use any remaining eggs from the fridge
  • 2 large Tortillas Big enough to wrap everything snugly
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese Optional, add if desired

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peppers Chopped, add for extra flavor
  • 1/2 cup Onions Chopped, add for extra flavor
  • to taste Hot sauce For those who like a kick

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat the turkey sausage in a pan for about 5 minutes, or until warm.
  • Crack the eggs directly into the same pan and scramble until cooked.
  • Add cheese and any vegetables you want to include.
  • Warm the tortilla in the pan to prevent tearing.
  • Place the filling in the center of the tortilla, roll it up, and toast again if desired.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go breakfast.

Notes

For a fuller plate, serve with salsa or yogurt. These wraps also pair well with air fryer breakfast potatoes. To prevent sogginess, let the fillings cool before rolling and avoid wet veggies.
